Common targets include: Biceps, Triceps, jaw, eyes, ears, nose, temples, groin, ribs, knees, legs, and spine.

Jeet Kune Do Concepts

I teach Jeet Kune Do Concepts of learning to use what works best for a person in a fighiting situation based a students natural abilities of the skills they have obtained and what level of training a student has. Learing a variety of skills is important and as Bruce Lee would say, "Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is specifically your own." "Knowing is not enough we must apply, willing is not enough we must do". I also teach some Jan Fan techniques that were originally taught and developed by Bruce Lee.
